Primary Drivers
The case factors pushing a prediction up or down the most, each shown with the count of historical records that support it; paired with moderating factors that pull the other way.

What it is
Primary drivers are the case factors that moved a prediction the most, listed in the report's case summary. Each driver names its direction, upward or downward, and the count of historical records that support it. Moderating factors are the counterpart: the factors pulling the prediction the other way.
How to read it
Weigh each driver by the records behind it. A driver grounded in tens of thousands of records is a stable signal; one resting on a few hundred deserves more caution. Together, the primary drivers and moderating factors explain not just what the prediction is, but why, which is what makes the summary the fastest way to understand a case.
Why it matters
The drivers turn a single prediction into an argument. Knowing which factors carry the number, and how well supported each one is, tells you where a case is strong, where it is thin, and which points are worth pressing or defending.
